Phase One

Hangzhou Ruijia Arts & Crafts Co., Ltd., founded in 2004, initially focused on the research and development of stamping and etching processes for metal nameplates and badges. With an integrated manufacturing and trading model at its core, it built its own standardized production workshop, eliminating reliance on OEM manufacturing. From its inception, it targeted the overseas B2B market, pioneering the North American auto parts sector, providing customized license plate and frame products to local small distributors. By strictly controlling product precision and delivery time, it accumulated its first batch of stable repeat customers, laying the foundation for a "quality-first" development strategy.

Phase Two

Growth and Expansion Stage (2010-2014) – Product Category Expansion, Strengthening Compliance Capabilities

As overseas orders grew, the company gradually expanded its product matrix, adding categories such as road signs and metal refrigerator magnets, covering three major tracks: auto parts, municipal engineering, and cultural and creative gifts. In response to the stringent standards of the North American and European markets, the company invested in R&D to upgrade its electroplating and painting processes, and successively obtained RoHS and REACH environmental certifications, resolving compliance challenges for product exports. During this period, long-term partnerships were established with well-known overseas clients, ensuring stable delivery of large-volume road sign orders and validating its large-scale production capabilities.

Mature Leadership Stage (2014-2020) – Full-Chain Upgrade and Deepened B2B Services

Leveraging over 10 years of industry experience, the company completed deep supply chain integration, established strategic alliances with leading domestic metal raw material suppliers, gained bargaining power in bulk raw material procurement, and further strengthened its cost advantage. To address the diverse needs of B2B clients, a professional prototyping team was established, enabling a dual service capability of "small-batch personalized customization + large-scale standardized production," shortening the prototyping cycle to 3-5 working days. Production Base and Workshop Configuration

The factory covers a total area of 35,000 square meters and has five specialized production workshops, including stamping, etching, electroplating and painting, screen printing, and assembly and packaging workshops. Each workshop is equipped with independent dust removal and environmental protection systems, meeting international production standards. A 1,200-square-meter R&D and prototyping center is also located, equipped with high-precision prototyping equipment, enabling rapid response to customer customization needs and achieving a seamless transition from small-batch prototyping to pilot-scale optimization and mass production.

Production Capacity and Equipment Strength

The factory has introduced 86 internationally advanced production equipment, including fully automatic CNC stamping machines, high-precision etching lines, environmentally friendly electroplating lines, and fully automatic screen printing machines, achieving automated production of core processes and effectively improving product precision and production efficiency. Currently, the factory has an annual production capacity of 12 million metal nameplates/labels, 8 million sets of license plate frames and emblems, and 500,000 square meters of road signs, capable of meeting the large-volume order demands of B-end customers in North America and Europe, and supporting a stable monthly shipment of 1.5 million pieces.

Quality Control and Compliance System

A full-process quality control and testing center has been established, equipped with professional testing equipment (such as reflectivity testers, salt spray testers, hardness testers, etc.). From raw material warehousing and production processes to finished product delivery, 12 quality control and testing points are set up, keeping the defect rate below 3%. The factory strictly follows the ISO 9001 quality management system and has passed international certifications such as EPR, RoHS, and IEC. The production process complies with environmental and safety standards, ensuring the smooth entry of products into overseas markets.

Warehousing and Logistics Support

The facility boasts an 8,000-square-meter intelligent warehousing center, employing a zoned management model. It is divided into raw material, semi-finished product, finished product, and bonded storage areas, capable of accommodating over 5 million items in inventory. It supports flexible cooperation models such as batch delivery and JIT (Just-In-Time) production. Located adjacent to a port/logistics hub, the warehousing center has established strategic partnerships with multiple international logistics companies, achieving a one-stop connection from warehousing to packing to customs clearance, significantly shortening order delivery cycles.

Team and Management Capabilities

The facility currently employs 420 people, with over 40% in the production and technical team. Core technical personnel all possess over 20 years of experience in metal product manufacturing. It also has professional foreign trade order processing, quality control, and logistics teams, forming a complete "production-quality control-service" support system to ensure efficient operation of customer orders from order placement and production to delivery.

Production Equipments

 

The facility has introduced 28 fully automated CNC stamping machines, utilizing the German TRUMPF TC 2000 series and the Japanese AMADA HFE 220L model. Equipped with a high-performance servo control system, the machines achieve a positioning accuracy of ±0.01mm, efficiently completing the stamping of metal nameplates, badges, and car logos. They support rapid switching between multiple mold specifications (switching time ≤3 minutes), meeting the dual needs of small-batch customization and large-scale mass production.

 

The facility also features 6 high-precision etching production lines, employing the Taiwan KCM KM-ETCH 3000 fully automated spray etching production line. Equipped with an intelligent temperature control and flow regulation system, it precisely controls etching depth (accuracy ±0.005mm) and line precision, suitable for processing metal labels and nameplates with complex patterns and fine text, especially suitable for high-precision production of stainless steel and copper products.
