The main material options include high-impact virgin ABS, PC/PBT blend, and acrylic (PMMA). For appearance, available finishes include bright chrome, matte chrome, satin nickel, glossy piano black, and custom painted colors. For adhesive mounting, die-cut 3M acrylic foam tape can be supplied to match the badge shape.

 

The standard specification lists a minimum order quantity of 500 pieces per design and color variant. OEM and ODM projects can be developed from 2D or 3D drawings, including STEP and IGES files, or from physical samples.

Manufacturing and Quality Control

Ruijia handles the main production steps in-house, including 3D CAD work, mold flow analysis, CNC tool making, plastic injection, vacuum metallization, laser etching, and automated 3M tape application. This production setup keeps tooling and assembly work under one production system and helps reduce delays caused by outside processing.

 

The factory operates under IATF 16949 automotive quality management standards. Production batches undergo salt spray corrosion testing, with the supplied specification stating ASTM B117 compliance for 248+ hours. The factory also lists 25 automated injection molding lines and a monthly output capacity of more than 1.5 million units.
