Conversely, static elements like company logos and certification icons benefit from multi-color screen printing or rotary engraving.

Consider whether operators need to feel the text on the plate. Rotary engraving physically cuts a V-groove into the metal, creating a classic tactile feel ideal for control panels and instrument dials, whereas laser etching leaves a smooth, flush surface that is easier to wipe clean in hygienic or oily environments.
